We are an event tents business located out of Jacksonville, Florida. We do many types of picnic styled tents for any special occasion you may have. Our goal is to make your special event as simple and easy and possible.If you want certain food , we can have it ordered and in the tent for you. If you want personalized items, like pictures of you and your significant other or anniversary dates on wine glasses, we would love to do that. After booking, we will send you a questionnaire containing questions so that this tent is personalized just for you!


BOOKING

Before booking an event, please read our policies below!

*Please read each description to see what your tent includes before booking*

- When you’re ready to book, you will select which tent you would like. Please read what each tent includes because you can add on items that may not be included in your tent.

- Select the best day and time for your event.
*For planning purposes, your event needs to be booked no less than a WEEK prior to your desired event date. FOR LAST MINUTE TENTS RESERVATIONS THERE WILL BE A $50 FEE ASSESSED, please inquire about these through DM, Text/Call, or Email. Thank you.*

- Once you select your date and time, you’ll enter your contact information and pay your NON REFUNDABLE $50 deposit to secure that day and time for you. You will pay the remainder of your balance no later than the day before your event.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING

Once you have booked and we have approved your events date and time.
- We will send you a questionnaire so that we can personalize this tent for you

- You will receive an invoice 4 days prior to your event so that you can pay your remaining balance.

- We will stay in contact if there are any changes and you are more than welcome to reach out to add things on.


CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

In order to receive full refund on deposit, your appointment must be canceled a week in advanced before your scheduled event date. Any cancellation done within that week before your appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. However, we know that life can be unpredictable, you may reschedule your appointment within 3 months with your deposit.


In the event that the weather isn't great on the day of your event, we will reschedule the tent to another day & time of your choice! If rescheduling is not an option, we will refund you your balance and deposit minus $10 for fees associated with the transaction.

DAMAGES

If there is a burn or rip in the tent, or there are damaged items. You may be subject to a fee depending on the damage that occurred.
We guarantee that we will inspect the tent prior to your event to ensure there were no damages from the last event.

We are always available to answer any questions and concerns you may have regarding your booking and event.
